GROUP A — THE GAME

What is ASC?

ASC is a modern 6v6 arena-style soccer league played on compact boarded turf fields designed for nonstop action.

How do the boards work?

Arena rules keep rebounds live off the boards. The ball is “out” only when it goes completely over the wall (or hits perimeter netting above the wall), then restarts with a kick-in. In standard 11v11, the ball is out whenever it wholly crosses the touchline/goal line.

Does this increase touches and attacking actions?

Studies comparing sided formats (5v5, 7v7, 9v9) measure touches and attacking actions (shots, goals, attempts) and show higher involvement in smaller-sided formats. Boards then reduce stoppages compared to line-based restarts by keeping rebounds live.

GROUP B — PARENTS + DEVELOPMENT

Will my kid touch the ball more?

Compact formats increase involvement and attacking actions compared with larger-sided formats. Boards reduce stoppages by keeping rebounds live.

Do kids ever age out?

No. ASC is built as a lifelong soccer ladder: U5 → youth → high school → Adult 18+, 30+, 40+, 50+.

Is it good for beginners?

Yes. Beginners improve faster when they get more repeat reps and can’t disappear from play (a core benefit of compact formats).

GROUP C — DIVISIONS + SEASONS

How long is a season?

10 games + playoffs.

How do divisions work?

Teams are placed by level. Each season includes promotion/relegation so teams move to the right division.

GROUP D — PRICING + PARTNERSHIPS

How is ASC so much cheaper?

Public local rec registration examples commonly land around ~$190–$250 depending on age/program. Many programs require common gear like cleats and shin guards, and soccer ball prices vary widely. That’s how many families experience ~$300–$350 all-in for a season (registration + commonly required gear range). ASC starts at $75 per player.

What does “≈75–80% cheaper” mean?

It compares a typical all-in seasonal cost of $300–$350 (registration + commonly required gear like cleats/shin guards and a ball) versus ASC launch pricing from $75 per player. Actual costs vary.

Are you competing with clubs?

No. ASC is designed to partner with clubs through dedicated game divisions, club-branded game nights, and events (games only).
